The Modern Method of auction is revolutionising the auction market providing a viable alternative to residential property sales beyond the traditional auction method.

While the traditional auction method is particularly suited to professional investors and cash rich buyers, the Modern Method of Auction offers much greater flexibility for residential buyers who would normally not be in a position to purchase through auction.

The Modern Method gives the buyer 28 days to exchange contracts and a further 28 days to complete the transaction while still maintaining the security of traditional auction through a payment of a 5% non-refundable reservation fee by the buyer. It extends the market for the buyer and gives them more properties to consider for their purchase. For the seller The Modern Method presents their property to a larger market place, driving more interest and consequently achieving higher prices than might otherwise be possible.
